She has worked with a diverse range of clients, from start-ups and small to medium-sized consultancies to global firms, recruiting talent from graduate to director-level engineers. Sophie is dedicated to building meaningful relationships, understanding individual career goals, and aligning them with the objectives of organisations.

Outside of work, Sophie enjoys spending time with friends, meeting new people, attending gym classes, and exploring Melbourne’s incredible food scene—I have barely scratched the surface! Most importantly, I love spending time outdoors here—it’s such a refreshing change from the weather in Belfast that I’m used to!
