Ashleigh began her recruitment career in healthcare, progressing quickly into a 360 role where she partnered with clients in regional and remote Australia. She managed high-volume contract roles and became known for her strong relationship-building skills, her ability to understand people and her commitment to delivering a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.

Outside of work, Ashleigh enjoys exploring her new home in Melbourne after recently moving from Sydney. She is happiest travelling, seeing live music, hitting the gym or having a games night with friends.
